You will directly support all children referred to Cafcass by ensuring the information we hold and handle is accurate and processed properly, and you will support our practitioners with what they need to provide our front-line service. Your portfolio will include liaison with courts and solicitors, being the first point of contact for many families’ data management, report formatting – all of these add up to a crucial role in maintaining a high standard of service delivery every day of the year. You’ll be expected to have a minimum of NVQ2 or to demonstrate a willingness to work towards it in the future. A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, together with clear and positive communication and interpersonal skills. Skills - Ability to deal tactfully and sensitively with people.
