We are looking for a Night Line Manager for our Banbury Extra Store.

You'll lead your team by example, coaching your team to meet the high standards of safety and service customers expect from us and making sure everything we do is as environmentally-friendly as possible. You will be reporting to the Out Of Hours Trading Manager.
What do you need to succeed? Stacks of personality, oodles of initiative and boundless enthusiasm for the job. Previous experience of managing availability and replenishment, proven ability to inspire and develop a team and a track record of meeting targets will be vital too. Managing all areas such as stock, merchandising, health and safety, warehouse and business performance. People in a fair and consistent way Above all, you'll share our passion for delivering truly outstanding service.
Candidate Profile
As an ideal candidate, you will already be working in a fast paced customer facing environment.
You will need experience of managing and coaching teams.
