Commercial Manager, Credit Card Product & Pricing Implementation - Edinburgh  [23/02/2010]

Based in our head offices in Edinburgh the Commercial Manager for Product & Pricing Implementation will support the delivery of the Tesco Credit Card Product and Pricing Strategy – delivering to a defined product strategy that adds value to our P&L, stimulates long term card usage, meets the TCF principles and ensures the product is always compliant.

This will include:

  • Delivering key milestones and end product on time and within budget;
  • Delivering Product initiatives to increase in income and / or customer experience;
  • Gathering information and presenting this in a format for the credit cards team and executive management team to easily understand and sign-off propositions;
  • Ensuring innovative ideas are transformed into successful implementation;
  • Outlining clear requirements for other parties to easily deliver on;
  • Ensuring adverse customer reactions from product initiatives are minimal and having clear communications within our customer areas to easily answer any concerns.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant credit card product knowledge from experience of working within this industry;
  • Experience of working with financial models to support delivery of new initiatives.
