E-Business Coordinator BDX - Heidelberg  [23/02/2010]

  • Support for marketing / sales / customer service related to the various e-tools and e-channels to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Active participation in the development and implementation of e-business strategies in collaboration with the leadership teams at both local and European level.

 

Organizational integration:

  • Reports directly to the Customer Service Manager Europe.

 

Responsibilities:

  • BD e-services to our customers in cooperation with the sales force to introduce;
  • responsible for the configuration of all electronic catalogs including GSA price lists;
  • Edit all e-catalog queries;
  • Roll-out process with customers, platform operators, BD-IT Europe and BD internal and external service and ensure coordination;
  • ) responsible for the GFax project (automated processing of fax orders;
  • Define future business processes together with all stakeholders and ensure their implementation both on BD, the customer and the operator platform;
  • Error analyze and develop processes to implement, and troubleshoot;
  • E-order to ensure management in order;
  • Roll-track outs: a continuous review of electronic versus manual procurement contracts, analyze the cause of manual orders to take corrective measures;
  • Support for the unification of European processes in e-transactions.

 

Experience, knowledge and behavior requirements:

  • Several years of professional experience;
  • very good knowledge of commercial processes and experiences in order processing;
  • Six Sigma Green Belt;
  • Experience in project oriented work;
  • Penchant for computer systems and databases;
  • good presentation skills;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Ability to work both independently and as team-oriented;
  • good to very good English skills both written and spoken;
  • Assertiveness, perseverance, critical awareness;
  • structured, results-oriented work;
  • Ability to internally at all levels (BD, BD Europe to communicate customers);
  • Ability to influence all parties - "Influencing Without Authority".
