BD Biosciences are searching for two support personnel to our new Customer Support Center in Erembodegem, just outside Brussels.
BD Biosciences is a world leader in flow cytometry - instruments for medical-and research-and clinical-laboratory.
You belong to a multicultural team that is responsible for providing support to our customers in the Nordic countries. You meet customers via telephone and email, and your duties will include troubleshooting and problem resolution of hardware and software. Another factor was the case management, escalation to field technicians as well as monitoring and feedback to the local distribution network.
We believe that you are graduating medical technician, molecular biologist and / or IMMUNOLOGIST / naturalist and interested in working in an international environment. Experience of similar work in the medical device is meritorious. You speak English and Swedish in speech and writing. Knowledge of Finnish is meritorious.
In order to thrive in the role you must be a problem solver with good communication skills, which is operated by providing good service. That you are humble and treat others with respect, we see as a matter of course in BD.
