We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self motivated Instructor to join the Centre's team. You'll be involved in the day to day activities of both Tile Barn and Beaulieu Development Centre and be responsible for all aspects of course delivery, which will include residential experiences.
With a minimum of GNAS, SPA Training, ML Training, UKCC Level 1 Paddlesports and Mountain Bike Leader qualification, you’ll also have experience of working on Low Ropes courses. You'll work well in a team, have good communication skills and be willing to be flexible in your approach to work.
You'll participate in a comprehensive induction programme, which will include Centre specific training. A uniform will be provided and there is a requirement for evening and weekend working for which enhancements will be paid.
To instruct centre customers and to support the outdoor centre management in day to day operations whilst observing health and safety principles and practices.
