Job PurposeResponsible for efficiently handling customer enquiries and complaints.
Role details, Skills, Experience, BehavioursRequired to work within a customer support team managing customer contacts via phone, email and letter correspondence. This includes operating telephony and accurately updating enquiry/complaint control templates in a timely manner.
Essential CriteriaVery strong customer communication skills, ability to successfully identify problems during customer discussions, accurately gather/record data. Call handling soft skills such to competently manage customer expectations and successfully resolve enquiry or issues.
Desirable CriteriaAbility to work flexibly to deadlines within a small team.
