Contact Centre Manager - Didsbury  [17/02/2010]

s known for providing excellent customer service through an effective and efficient management of a Partner staffed contact centre operation.
Responsible for achieving financial, customer and Partner KPIs associated with the contact centre.
In conjunction with the Resource Planning Manager, is responsible for ensuring the correct level of trained Partners are available at the correct times to deliver an effective and efficient customer service experience
Responsible for leading and motivating the contact centre team to deliver outstanding results
Responsible for ensuring that control processes are adhered to, and responsible for identify and highlighting any control weaknesses.

Experience of managing a large (300+ seat) contact centre. Experience of setting up a new centre an advantage.
Experience of John Lewis processes an advantage
This would someone who can motivate at all levels, enjoys working through people to deliver business performance, is comfortable working with potentially conflicting objectives and enjoys managing day to day operations.
