Responsible for leading and motivating the contact centre team to deliver outstanding results
Responsible for ensuring that control processes are adhered to, and responsible for identify and highlighting any control weaknesses. Experience of managing a large (300+ seat) contact centre. Experience of setting up a new centre an advantage.
