Call Handler, Customer Service, Call Centre & Gift List [17/02/2010]
Outstanding customer service is at the heart of everything we do at John Lewis. Each of our stores has its own dedicated call centre to deal with inbound customer enquiries. So when you're putting our customers in the picture about our product, we'll look to you to bring our stores to life - with expert product knowledge and comprehensive advice.
You'll be working in a friendly, fast paced environment where every call is different. The majority will be concerned with sales enquiries but whatever you're called upon to deal with we will expect you to go that extra mile to give excellent customer service.

We're looking for people with a genuine passion to provide great customer service, excellent all round communication skills and the ability to spot an opportunity to sell in a busy, target driven environment. The role involves the use of a PC, so previous knowledge of using PC applications would be an advantage although full training will be given.
