To manage the Branch Merchandising function in order to achieve optimal in-store availability for all products for the George customer. Working in close partnership and communicating effectively with the key stakeholders across the trading, retail and supply chain teams is fundamental to ensure we deliver 'above and beyond' our requirements.

•Overall responsibility for on-time delivery of new product launches in store
•Overall responsibility for shelf availability inc promotions
•Markdown clearance delivered to target
•Store inventory levels to target across all departments
•De-con and RDC polls delivered to target
•New store package launches
•Collaboration with key partners e.g. Trading, Retail & Distribution
•Manage and develop the Branch Merchandise team
•Ensure a robust WLS plan is live in the department 

•Effective communication skills
•Strong analytical skills
•Systems literate
•Ability to cope with changing priorities on a daily basis
•Ability to work under pressure
•Consistently demonstrates strong leadership and coaching skills
•Be able to resolve issues with sound judgement, understanding and interpreting complex situations
