Join our team of experts as a Technical Support Engineer, and use your education and prior remote sensing, scientific or programming knowledge to provide solutions for our customers. This position utilizes phone and email customer communication to support, analyze and troubleshoot customer licensing, installation and system issues, as well as to answer questions and find solutions with our IDL and ENVI products. Required Minimum Skills and Qualifications
Fluency in English, French and Italian is a must 2+ years of experience in a Windows, Unix or Macintosh environment Masters or PhD degree in science from a university or engineering school per European educational standards; or a U.S. Bachelors Degree Strong oral and written communication skills are a must Experience with remote sensing, image processing, GIS and geospatial imagery is a plus Knowledge of C, C++, IDL or Java programming is a plus Please submit your resume in English.
