Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform Accounts Payable month-end close activities and account reconciliations 2. Perform Intercompany Accounting as per intercompany policy. 3. Lead Plant Accounts Payable team in providing invoice error correction resolution to meet Corporate AP Scorecard requirements. 4. - Reviews and verifies the accuracy of AP related journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records (IPV, GRNI, Intercompany Reconciliation accounts 4531, Unvouchered Receipts Write off/ Write back) 5. Responsible for Unvouchered Receipts (GRNI, goods received not invoice) analysis and resolution 6. Provide accounts payable accounting support to operations personnel 7. Maintains Direct and Indirect Expenditure cycle, internal control documentation (Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance). 8. Provide monthly, quarterly and year-end AP analysis. 9. Provides functional advice or training to junior accountant positions. 10. Champion Continuous Improvement: advocate and help implement a 'better way' for self and others' work processes 11.
