Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the leadership of the human resources function for Filtration facilities in Neillsville, WI and Lake Mills, IA including:
2. Organizational development and training
3. Performance management facilitation
4. Compensation and benefits strategy execution
5. Employee relations
6. HR information system management and data analysis
7. Employee selection and retention process management
8. Right environment facilitation, including diversity and organizational inclusion processes
9. HR process compliance management (i.e., SOx)

Skills: Functional / Technical

1. BA/BS minimum (Business or HR degree preferred), MA/MS/MBA is a plus
2. 4+ years applicable experience
3. Working knowledge of US labor regulations/laws
4. Experience leading organizational development and design activity
5. Experience managing employee health and welfare programs preferred
6. Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits systems
7. Experience using an HR information system (HRIS) for both data storage and analysis
