Cascade the technical authority to internal and external parties.
Ensure that the technical authority is maintained in Airbus and the extended enterprise.
Establish and drive the design processes DST01 and its electr. counterpart through accompany, monitoring, support, organised feedback and lessons learned transfer internally in Airbus and the extended enterprise. Initiate continuous improvement of theses processes.
Ensure the application of the DST01 within the CoE and extended enterprise.
Run TDCA's (Technical Design Capability Assessments) and perform design reviews in order to ensure the application of design principles in the CoE and at risk share partners (RSP).
Set up dedicated task teams to fix any design issue in the Airbus fleet on request.

Expertise in overall aircraft design (structure, meachanical and electrical system installation, processes and methods)
Knowlage of engineering quality.
Knowlage of the DST01 process.
