Responsibility
• Managing local and international activities within the Acomix TS group, balancing workload/capacity, setting priorities, defining project specifications, ...
• Managing the Acomix TS project grids (incl. set-up) and the Acomix TS support team in VVd in agreement with the DCTG Acomix recipe delivery leader.
• Leading multidisciplinary projects on global and BU level in agreement with international marketing.
• Setting up the technical profile for developments with respect to MM-recipes and color matching technologies in agreement with international marketing.
• Giving technical support/advice on all aspects of Acomix TS to R&D, Supply Chain, and/or Marketing (incl. managing Acomix colorant and recipe complaints).
• Providing official project/activity reports within AN on a global and BU level. Active participation, organization and lead of international multidisciplinary meetings.
• Coaching, motivating, developing and training co-workers.
• Supporting the DCTG management organization.
• Reporting to DCTG Acomix Recipe Delivery Manager.
