The Dodge Field Sales Engineer is responsible for growing the Baldor-Dodge business, maintaining important relationships with our channel partners, and providing critical feedback to Sales and Product Management on all issues that affect the ability to grow Baldor-Dodge market share. Bachelor�s Degree Mechanical Engineering or relevant Business Degree Product application knowledge with the ability to recommend suitable products to customers, and to differentiate products from those of the competition. Effective communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, educate, and influence customers/potential customers regarding products. Astute business manager capable of appraising complex commercial business situations, both internal and external, and determine course of action.
