- Utilize developed methods for ongoing document maintenance, creation and document version control.
- Obtain appropriate approvals, quality assurance, and validation of document content and document change management.
- Complete an impact assessment process for incoming change requests including Requests for Services, Change Requests, Statements of Work and ATCO-CIS Change Notices.
- Employ standardized costing estimates for documentation changes/amendments/creation for inclusion in Statements of Work.
- Identify opportunities for and participate in process improvement projects impacting quality and efficiency CC&B and BPO.
Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytical abilities.
- Solid understanding of Client policies, business process, and system parameters.
- Ability to identify documentation links and operational impacts to identify documentation impacts.
- Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders to facilitate changes impacting operation
