| Position Summary: Provides accounting services at the plant level, exercises discretion and independent judgment concerning a multitude of accounting tasks, disseminates and educates regarding company policy, ensures legal compliance requirements, assists the General Manager in reviewing balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports, analyzes issues, and assists in problem resolution. | Qualifications (Education/Experience) and Required Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or its equivalent • Minimum 2 years experience in accounting with 1 year in a supervisory roll • Knowledge of accounting principles • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs • Ability to work closely with customers, collection agencies, and attorneys • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 4.0 preferred • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Good attendance and positive attitude a must |
