Aimhigher Kent and Medway is a partnership between HE institutions, further education colleges and schools, working to raise the aspirations of young people to participate in HE. We support, through Local Authority partners, a community of Learning Mentors who work in partner schools. The Schools Manager is looking for an efficient and organised individual to support them in their duties. These will include liaising with Learning Mentors and assisting with their training and support, as well as aiding the delivery of primary transition work.
The Schools Support Officer will have experience of working in the education sector. They will be comfortable working independently and enjoy interacting with staff at all levels. They will also have a good eye for detail.
