Our Business Banking division is a key business unit achieving sustained business growth across Australia as a whole. This is partly due to our ability to attract, retain and develop professional, motivated individuals, and a dynamic strategy to increase market share. A rare and exciting opportunity to join our successful team in Perth South is now available.
As a Business Banking Manager you will generate new business within the SME market from your existing client portfolio, whilst attracting new customers through developing a strong referral network and executing cross sell strategies. Through superior relationship management, and a thorough understanding of your clients, businesses you will grow your portfolio with the appropriate risk exposure.
Qualifications
Preferably tertiary qualified in a business discipline, you will have a sound knowledge of management accounting principles. Your demonstrated customer management and relationship management skills will help ensure your success, and your understanding of small business will be well regarded. Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills are essential, along with an ability to negotiate and influence positively. A background in a business banking or chartered accounting environment would be highly regarded.
