As a key enabler for this growing global division, Institutional Operations is a crucial part of the bank, providing the foundation for the successful growth of the business.  It is responsible for providing high quality customer fulfilment services to our Global Markets, Relationship Banking and Transaction Banking businesses. Due to our accelerating growth, continued investment in our super regional strategy and outstanding performance by our Asia business, not to mention our recent Royal Bank of Scotland acquisition in Asia , we now have an increasing number of opportunities for talented professionals.

This Payment and Cash Static Operator is primarily responsible for processing, while ensuring that regulatory and bank requirements are met. The role designate will also be required to support management and business decisions relevant to cost. You will deliver positive customer experience within agreed timeframes and consistently meet targets in terms of quality and accuracy. Accuracy of data and timeliness of information is essential, as is the ability to comply to all Risk and Compliance requirements. Stakeholder management skills prove crucial to success as will the ability to identify process and service improvements and present them to business.
