This role exists to provide operational HR support to customers and to ensure the accurate and timely provision of payroll, tax, benefits administration and responses to HR queries, ensuring all processes are followed and appropriate records are maintained. You will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to customer queries on payroll and providing them with accurate and timely advice. Responsibilities also include reviewing sundry debtors and creditors accounts/reports, coordinating inputs for end of year tax processes and tracking intercompany recharges. In addition, you will provide administrative and project support as required.
Accuracy of information and quality of service play important roles in ensuring your success. As such, you will ensure that all Human Resources services meet Group standards and quality service delivered meets and exceeds agreed service levels.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you would need to have a strong experience in HR Payroll and Tax with a thorough understanding of payroll and tax legislations and solid project management skills. Excellent analytical and numeracy skills are a prerequisite complemented by an eye for detail and accuracy. Strong service ethos translating into a desire to provide high quality customer service at all times ensures your success in this role.
To effectively liaise with customers and other staff, you will need to possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and meet their changing demands. Technically, you will be proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience in compensation and benefits would be advantageous.
