Responsibilities
- You are responsible for delegated tasks of the Application Management
- You are managing the support team/consultants (functional steering)
- Manages/steers support (tickets) and enhancements (orders)
Qualifications
- You hold a degree in business information technology, business economics or related area and several years of professional experience.
- You have experience with IS-U and CRM-Environment and preferable workexperience in the area of Application Support.
- You have professional experience concerning energy-management processes and implementation in IS-U/CRM
- You are strongly customer and service-orientated as well as solid experience in building and nurturing customer relationships
- Your quality requirements are high and you enjoy working in a team
- You have good analytical and conceptual skills
- You have the ability to think from a corporate perspective and in a networked way
- You have strong persuasive powers and ability to cooperate, also under high-pressure and in conflict situations
