Optical Advisor [04/02/2010]

Key Responsibilities:

Providing a world class standard of customer service and patient care
Understanding the company guidelines regarding our procedures, candidacy and patient interaction
Maximise sales by actively targeting potential customers out with the store or shopping centre with promotional material or other means deemed appropriate by the Store Manager
Assisting the store team in achieving sales targets
Conducting accurate and thorough Pre Screening of all Patients

Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well presented and conscientious
Previous optical experience would be an advantage
