Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing a world class standard of customer service and patient care
  • Understanding the company guidelines regarding our procedures, candidacy and patient interaction
  • Maximise sales by actively targeting potential customers out with the store or shopping centre with promotional material or other means deemed appropriate by the Store Manager
  • Assisting the store team in achieving sales targets
  • Conducting accurate and thorough Pre Screening of all Patients

    • Retail and/or clinical experience is preferred
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Well presented and conscientious
    • Previous optical experience would be an advantage
