Team Sports Manager - Moscow  [03/02/2010]


 


Main responsibilities, but not limited to:
  • Implement sales strategies for dedicated customers within Teamsport and herewith mainly football, according to the annual objectives;
  • Implement the business plan related to the volume,  turnover and budget for wholesale activity for the customers repsonsible;
  • Propose and implement the company commercial policy;
  • Responsible to cover the financial risk with financial instruments which  appear from  wholesale activity;
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with his /her customers;
  • Collect information regarding potential clients, trends and developing opportunities within teamsport;
  • Investigate and evaluate clients’ eventual complaints;
  • Negotiate delivery, payments and other conditions according with the business plan for wholesale customers of Puma;
  • Close cooperation with Marketing Manager regarding marketing programs implementation for customers in the field of teamsport
  • B2B deals with teams PUMA cooperates
 
We expect 
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and management experience, preferably in a multi-national sports company environment
  • Strong knowledge of the Russian teamsport market
  • Strong verbal and written communication Skills in Russian and English language at a business level
  • Driving licence
  • Organizational and computer skills; MS Office
  • SAP knowledge would be of advantage
  • Pro-active attitude, drive for result personality, team player  and proven sales skills
