HR Advisor  [01/02/2010]


 


We are looking for a well motivated person with good organisational skills, to be the first point of contact for the North East and Yorkshire branch, service and area managers, providing generalist support, advice and guidance on all aspects of our employment and HR policies and procedures. 

 You will report to a HR Manager based in Manchester.  In addition to identifying key HR issues, you will contribute to the recruitment needs of the region and be involved in project work and policy development.

 You will either be a CIPD graduate with post qualification experience or be working towards your CIPD qualification and have a good level of generalist experience providing day-to-day support to line managers and staff in a multi-site organisation. 

 Some travel and overnight stays will be required.  A satisfactory enhanced CRB disclosure will be required for this post.
