Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to lead, coach and manage every HR Generalist in Belgium in order to assure a professional and standardized HR processes delivery within GSK Biologicals.
It will also include coordination of transversal HR projects within the Business.
Responsibilities
ACCOUNTABILITY:
Lead & coordinate HR Generalists’ Team and activities.
Coordinate transversal HR projects across country for all GSK activities and deliver standardization across and within business units.
Act as customer user Representative for process improvement with expert teams.
Coordinate the implementation of HR processes in the business.
Assure coordination with HR Belgium Services.
Support HR Generalists in coaching, people development, team development and HR Generalist capability development.
Implement and coordinate employee relations plan with Biologicals Belgium.
Represent Belgium HR Ops in all HRBL Teams (HR Biologicals Leadership) and ensure HR Operations delivery to Business needs.
COMPLEXITY:
High degree of alignment with GSK policies.
Have relevant and credible HR experience to deal with sensitive organizational and individual issues in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
Actor of change within a very fast changing environment.
Strong influencing and matrix team-working role – interfaces with a large number of senior teams.
Ability to maintain customer focus whilst managing functional priorities.
