Located at our head office in Edinburgh Parks, South Australia, our Human Resources Shared Services team are seek to recruit an experienced Administrator. Reporting to the Human Resources Advisor, the Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing customer-focussed human resources administrative services that assist in maintaining and efficiently utilising the company’s human resources. In greater detail the Human Resources Administrator will;  
 

• Update the human resources management system and any other human resources databases in an accurate and timely manner
• Manage human resources records, both electronic and paper-based to ensure confidentiality and accessibility
• Manage the archiving process for records, both electronic and paper-based in a timely manner
• Undertake research of documentation
• Lodge industrial relations paperwork within legal timeframes
• Answer telephone queries
• Check data entry of visitors and other transactions
• Order stationnery and purchase other items in a timely manner
• Undertake travel bookings in accordance with company processes
• Complete reconciliation of accounts to ensure payment within company financial guidelines
• Organise bulk photocopying
  

The successful applicant will possess a relevant human resources qualification and prior experience in an administrative capacity. Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written combined with a strong customer service focus and administration aptitude will be considered essential for success.
