Customer srvice Co - Ordinator - Cheltenham  [22/01/2010]


***The Role***
You will develop strong relationships with our customers by providing timely and accurate processing of orders. You will ensure that all queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently by clearly liaising with the customer to ensure customer service levels meet the Kraft key performance indicators.

***Within the role you will have the opportunity to***
• Maintain the data alignment between Kraft and Customer on a regular basis to ensure all bar codes, pallet and layer information and contingency forms are up to date and accurate.
• Track promotional activity and provide analysis in order to manage the flow of product from Kraft to consumer.
• Use customer extranet sites (where applicable) to manage promotions and events, review sales and stockholding and make recommendations for orders where appropriate.
• Maintain customer specific contingency procedures that can be adopted at times of systems issues in order to minimise disruption of product to customers.

***Competencies***
You should be educated to A Level (or equivalent) and it is essential that you have strong organisational skills with good time management to prioritise your own workload. You should have excellent communication skills both written & verbally and demonstrate the ability to build and maintain effective relationships within both the Customer Services team and your customers. You must be a self starter and be able to demonstrate your initiative to solve problems.

It is essential that you are competent in MS Office Excel, Word, & Outlook. Knowledge of SAP would be a benefit but not essential
