Practise Administrator [22/01/2010]
Responsibilities:
Compose memos, letters and correspondence
Provide word processing and other document preparation support including business proposals
Prepare timesheets and reconcile travel expenses
Coordinate extensive international travel arrangements
Plan local meetings and conference calls, maintain electronic calendars and schedule meetings
Organize and maintain filing systems and mail lists
Anticipate the needs of the management team and volunteer for team responsibilities
Handle highly confidential information and high volumes of work
Coordinate administrative work flow and act as supervisor and performance manager for the administrative team, as well as provide back-up to other administrative assistants
Qualifications:
Seven years of full-time, stable, permanent experience as an Executive Assistance or Senior Level Assistant with supervisory experience
Ability to type 60 words per minute
Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Interaction
Advance administrative office skills
Ability to work under pressure
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Extensive travel arrangement experience
Good knowledge of grammar and strong proofreading skills
Self-start with the ability to plan, organize and schedule work for self
Ability to work overtime as needed
