TSA Administrative Marketing Assistant. The individual will report to the TSM, and will provide administrative and marketing support to RBG financial professionals. The position will act as a liaison from the local office to the RBG Headquarters. Functions
Listed are several of the main, but not limited to, Job functions of the TSA AMA: Client Management.
Maintain and utilize the Webstation Client management database for RBG financial professionals.
Functions include:
Increase Mailings, School Visits Mailings. Annual Review Mailings. Manage and Track School Assignments. Ad hoc and cyclical Mailings. Coordinate the RBG Letter Library and Compliance submissions.
Marketing
Track financial professionals visits to schools/units and have Pre- Marketing preparations made: Stuffers, letters, Sales Tracking. Track local RBG financial professional production. Maintain all marketing supplies for the RBG Group prospectus wrappers/brochures etc.
Reports
Distribute RBG and Sales Tracking Reports. Disseminate Webstation Client Management and eDOX Production and TSA information. Financial professionals sales tracking reports collected for RBG Headquarters.
Client Administration
Perform Maximum Exclusion Advanced Calculations. Track third party rollover and exchange requests. Track internal RBG Sales Campaigns. Trouble Shooting’ Administrative Problems. Assist with the other Administrative Assistant(s) during high production cycles i.e. application processing & Perform Maximum Allowable contribution.
Candidate Profile
Individual should possess several or all of the following characteristics:
Well organized, ability to handle multi-task jobs, high volume and fast paced environment. Ability to use in-house databases, and experience with MS Windows software, need excellent computer skills and telephone manner. Training & Support
RBG Headquarters will provide back up support through manuals, Toll Free telephone support and hands on training on a request basis. Local Agency training will be provided periodically.
