Senior Field Executive  [18/01/2010]


 


The role of Senior Field Executive is to manage the data collection element of market research projects, liaising with a team of field supervisors and interviewers (primarily via the phone) to ensure the efficient and timely progress of all projects. Your main responsibilities include provision of costs and business information to the Research team, allocating projects to a panel of interviewers across Northern Ireland, monitoring progress to meet strict deadlines and ensuring the highest quality research at all times. There is an opportunity for the role to develop into one of Field Manager over time (ideally, the successful candidate would have previous experience in a similar role).

Main Performance Objectives:

  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring that the project is completed to strict deadlines in the most cost efficient way.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our team of interviewers (approx. 100 across Northern Ireland)
  • Constantly evaluate research quality and drive the highest research standards.

Required Competencies/Behaviours:

  • Strong people skills – motivate and coach supervisors/interviewers (both over the telephone and face-to-face)
  • Organisational skills – previous office-based task management experience required
  • Excellent communication skills – communicate clearly to interviewers over the telephone and provide clear written instructions
  • Competencies in Microsoft Office suite and IT generally
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain drive to meet tight deadlines
  • Enthusiasm, initiative and flexibility in approach to work
  • Previous experience in a Field/Market Research role would be preferable.
