Job Description
Our Advisory Practice is seeking Managers to join our high growth practice in strategic markets throughout the US (NY, Boston, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, LA, San Francisco), serving both Private Equity and Corporate clients. In this position, you will be responsible for providing M&A related services (IT and operations due diligence, synergy analysis, sustainable cost savings analysis, divestiture/ separation planning, merger integration, restructuring) and other performance improvement projects.
In addition to M&A services, you will help solve critical market issues impacting CFOs and COOs today through our Finance and Supply Chain Effectiveness practice. Its mission is to advise executives and assist their organizations to gain timely, cost effective access to accurate financial and operational information, transforming the internal finance function from a purely transactional role to a more strategic and critical performance management role.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have: - Experience (7+) years combined industry and relevant consulting experience in management consulting at a top tier consulting firm. - Relevant experiences within the finance or operations and information technology function for core industries (i.e., Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Products, Retail & Consumer Products, Automotive, Aero Space & Defense, Technology, etc.). - Hands-on functional experience in the evaluation, design and implementation of finance and operations processes (e.g., financial reporting, sales order management, inventory management, accounts receivable/ payable, etc.). - Consulting experience in the areas of operational process design, cost reduction, customer relationship management, operational simplification initiatives, change management, organizational redesign and/or benchmarking. - Knowledge of one or more of the following; office of the CFO, corporate performance management, internal/external financial reporting, and business intelligence a definite plus. Knowledge in one or more of the following: Office of the COO/VP of Operations, supply chain planning, inventory control, distributions, and working capital reduction - Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and other reporting and business intelligence tools. - Extensive project management experience is also required, including project staffing, budgeting, planning, and status updating and reporting. - Ability to identify, obtain and process critical data and challenge the "status quo" through unique and innovative thought leadership. You must be able to develop a business vision and lead implementation efforts. - Communication skills are critical, including the ability to organize and present thoughts clearly and concisely into well constructed, easy to understand and meaningful reports, proposals, presentations and other communications. - Candidates must have the leadership skills to lead a team of 3 or more with an energetic, confident, thoughtful and respectful manner. - Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly matrix professional services environment. - Willingness to work as part of a team to meet aggressive client deadlines in a fast paced environment. - Must convey a strong professional image and exhibit interest and a positive attitude toward all assigned work.
