Job Specification:
Your job will be to deliver Central European Hardlines business objectives for stores via effective communication and use of new and existing store processes and people.
Your main duties will be:
- training and coaching mangers of hardline new routines and standards
- reviewing standards and implementing new processes in stores
- ensuring the Polish business is aware & engaged regarding the objectives for hardlines
- reviewing the store opening/refit process and feedback learning's
Candidate Specification:
Retail store operational experience at management level
Excellent at gaining commitment and managing change
