Change Management Lead
Reporting directly to the General Manager and a key member of the Organisational Engagement Team, you will have single point accountability for internal and external change management (including necessary training materials) relating to the Group IM Teams covering Projects, Operations, Governance & Compliance and Commercial. Importantly, you will ensure all internal and external communications are in place for effective change management, working closely with Corporate Communications and relevant Business Units to manage expectations and ensure compliance with Corporate Standards.
Change Management Specialist
Reporting to the Change Manager, this role will provide internal and external change management support relating to Group IM as well as analytical and reporting support to the Change Manager and have day to day responsibility for the development and co-ordination of communication materials (including training materials).
To secure either role, you must be an experienced Change professional, with proven expertise in best practice communication & change management principles. Strong written & verbal communication and stakeholder management skills are a must. An HR/OD background in a large, complex, technical or Consulting environment is ideal.
