Position Synopsis

We are currently seeking a motivated leader to assist in supervising the Stybarrow Production Operations team. Reporting to the Offshore Installation managers, your key responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating visible leadership and proactive commitment to HSEC performance
• Supervising and mentoring Production Operations Technicians to maximise production and plant availability.
• Providing OIM relief coverage on a regular basis
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement with a focus on “Process Safety”
• Assisting with the preparation and implementation of Engineering Changes
• Assisting with the ongoing review and improvement of the Operations Management System
• Providing accurate production reporting data to and liaising with the onshore operations support team to maximise opportunities

Skills & Experience

To be considered, you must have significant hydrocarbon production industry experience in a Supervisory role, ideally your skills and experience will make you the ideal candidate to provide OIM relief. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate advanced emergency response and process optimisation skills.

You must have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to bring the best out of the team. Good planning and supervisory skills will be critical to your success.
