This position is based within the Defence and Security team dedicated to developing a modern C4I (Computerized Command, Control and Communications) system for the United Arab Emirates. You will be expatriated in the Middle East.

You will report to Program Management

You will lead the technical aspects of definition, development, integration and validation of the Intelligence subsystem within a large C4ISR system for a Middle East customer.
You will be in charge of:
- elaborating intelligence subsystem specifications within an integrated project team,
- supervising software components specifications:
- Intelligence database,
- Imagery and video exploitation
- OSINT analysis (Open Source Intelligence)
- CCIRM (Collection, Coordination and Information Requirement Management).

You will be responsible for the intelligence subsystem software architecture.

You will work in close relationship with :
- system engineering teams (system and software architects, chief engineers)
- intelligence subsystem manager
- Software components technical leaders.

You will be involved in the negotiation of the evolution of cost and technical baseline with prime contractor.

You should have an engineering degree in Engineering Systems or Information Technology and have at least 10 years experience as an "Intelligence Subsystem Chief Engineer " or in a similar field.

You should have experience in one or more of the following Intelligence domains:
Imagery/Video/OSINT exploitation, intelligence cycle management and intelligence database.
Extensive software project engineering skills.

You are capable to coordinate software specification activities
Thorough technical skills in the Intelligence / ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Recognition) domain.
You are used to working in a multi-national environment

An excellent leader you are capable to lead teams with a common goal located on different sites.
You are diplomatic, convincing with excellent presentation skills.
You never loose sight of the end customer and are capable to be reactive in your project management.

You have excellent language skills with a "Negotiation level" in both French and English
