Description of the jobDefine, specify and deploy the Support & Services process of the ECCS system. Manage the “Support & Services” activities of the ECCS project inside the JV. Be the contact point of the customers for the ILS, training & after sales activities.
Position based in ABU DHABI TasksKey Responsibilities
• Manage & organize the Support & Service work package (WP 7000) and supervise the training team • Participate in the Site Survey for the TSSC facilities and validate “Training Needed Analysis” document (TNA). • Define the ILS plan and propose the strategies of the documentation & LSA plan. Participate at the Training plan set up with the customer. • Set up the subcontract contract for the ILS activities and validate the Training sub contractor selection. • Participate in the system supervision SSS and assists his collaborator for the TSSC definition. • Organize & manage with the customers the ILS & training working groups. • Participate in the technical top management of the project. • Validate the Quality process inside the Support & Services activities. • Manage the workload plan of the ILS/Training team.

Your skillsEducation
• Technical Engineer graduate at level XX (to be adapted at the international level of education) • Master in Integrated Logistics Support (French school) or in related field, or sufficient practical experience to qualify for the job] Practical Experience • ILS manager or project manager in military business (army if possible) from at least 10 years with management of logistic development team. • Knowledge of the military business (Army and of its organization (importation which country) • Experience of management WP of level “Silver” Setup of ISO9001 in new organizations including audits • Experience in Documentation digital format or web documentation design
Competencies • Ability to work in diverse cultural and challenging professional environments • Strong listening skills (to understand customer requirements) • Ability to lead project resources, to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. • Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality and compliance with established project standards. • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal, preferably in the cultural environment of an Arabic country. • System vision to approach the Support & Services design. • Team player and cooperative. • Cost and quality sensitiveness • Strong service orientation and delivery focused • Flexible / adaptable / enthusiastic / motivated / self-confident • Ability to work with highly confidential information
Specialized Knowledge • Logistic & training standards and methodology in military systems area, • ILS & Training design tools (LSA database, Documentation Support tool, @media, Computer Based Training (CBT) software tool, Learning Management System (LMS) application, etc…). • Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) • Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM) design process and standards
Language Skills
Essential • Fluent written and spoken English Desirable • Arabic (spoken) • French
